Leading manufacturer and supplier of door and window hardware, ERA Products, has started 2010 as it means to go on with the appointment of four new people to the sales team.

At the start of January, Tom Knighton and Andy Sunnucks joined the field-based ERA Security Hardware sales team covering the south west and south east respectively. At the same time, Anne Marie Lees joined ERA’s sales team at the company’s head office in the West Midlands and Shereen Lambie took up a new position in the Falkirk sales office.

Sales representatives Tom and Andy will bring valuable experience to the business. Tom previously spent a year in the customer services department of leading composite door supplier, Homesafe, before helping to establish a recruitment business in Worcester.

For the last five years, Andy worked as an agent for ERA Products, having responsibility for over 200 customers in London and the south east, as well as maintaining the merchandising stands of ERA’s product range in B&Q stores within the M25.

New to ERA, Ann Marie will provide support in her role as customer services administrator. Her day-to-day responsibilities will be to ensure excellent relationships with ERA’s valued customers.
