8 ERA SHOW STOPPERS ON SHOW

The annual CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) Exhibition, which takes place at the Harrogate International Centre from the 20th to 23rd June, will provide another opportunity for ERA Products, The Door Lock People, to show off their ever-expanding product range. Visitors will not be disappointed as the ERA stand is set to be jam-packed with no fewer than eight new products on show.

The stand will feature the groundbreaking new Repair Lock, designed and developed to meet the growing demand for a standard replacement lock in the Multi-Point Lock sector. The Repair Lock is an easy-fit solution for most PVCu doors and a demonstration CD will be available on request.

Another big draw to the stand will be the new Rim Restrictor with Key Access, for multi-point locks. The Rim Restrictor allows the home owner to open the door slightly and check the caller’s identity without giving full access. The unique advantage of this product is that it can be disengaged with a key from outside in case access is required in an emergency.

ERA will also be showing two new ranges of locks that meet both the European Standard (BS EN 12209) and the new British Standard (BS3621:2004), which came into effect at the beginning of 2006. The British Standard High Security Fortress range of mortice locks and the British Standard Nightlatch also boast Secured by Design accreditation.

Other new products to be featured at the exhibition are the Cylinder Guard and ERA’s new improved range of Multi-Point Locks. In addition, the Access Control Lock and the Illuminated Cylinder Pull are new products that are particularly suited to the Social Housing market, and have been designed with the DDA in mind. To find out more about any of these products please visit ERA’s stand M255, go to www.era-security.com, or call ERA on 01922 490000.

We hope to see you in Harrogate!
