ERA, ‘The Door Lock People’, will be presenting 3 new products at this year’s NMBS show (17 May, Telford International Centre) - the High Security Fortress Mortice Lock, the Repair Lock and the Replacement Front Door Lock. Visitors to ERA’s stand (44), will see the new High Security Fortress Mortice Lock, the latest offering from the UK’s leading mortice lock manufacturer. The new range has been launched to meet the important new European and British standards for external door locks that came into effect at the start of 2006. As well as compliance with both the European Standard (BS EN 12209) and the new British Standard (BS3621:2004), the Fortress range also has Secured by Design accreditation. ERA will also be exhibiting the new Repair Lock, designed and developed to meet the growing demand for a standard replacement lock in the Multi-Point Lock sector. The Repair Lock is an easy-to-fit solution for PVCu doors and a demonstration CD is available upon request. The third new product is the recently launched Replacement Front Door Lock. Designed with a larger footprint that minimises the need for redecoration, and dual-functionality offering a deadlocking or non-deadlocking facility, the new lock is already attracting positive reviews.
