Q: Do Era Pro-fit levers fit Era Invincible locks ?
A: No, they are two completely different locks although they look similar.

Q: Is the Era Window Restrictor (720 & 721) suitable for fitting to inward opening windows ?
A: No, we do not currently offer such a product.

Q: Is the Era Window Restrictor suitable for UPVC windows ?
A: Yes – The ERA Window Restrictor is suitable for UPVC.

Q: Do Era locks fit metal Crittal windows ?
A: No

Q: Can I get spare keys for my new Era lock ?
A: Yes – you can contact your local locksmith or call our sales office on 01922 490000, who would be happy to help.

Q: Is there a British Standard on window locks ?
A: Era carry out in-house testing on appropriate products to BS EN 12051 standards.
ERA's compliant products are 805, 806, 837, 838, 2805 and 2806.

Q: Can the Era Double Locking Nightlatch (183, 184, 193 & 194) be locked from the outside ?
A: No, however there are alternatives products on Era's range. These can be found in the Era Catalogue.
